Man with multiple personality disorder sues state for not being allowed to use carpool lane

A man from Nevada is suing the state after a run-in with local police last week. He was pulled over for driving by himself in the carpool lane.He claims that since he deals with multiple personality disorder, he should be allowed to drive in the carpool lane with no issues.

“Sometimes, I’m a 46 year old Canadian man named Carl. Other times, I’m a furry sex slave from Arkansas. But one thing’s for sure: when I’m driving, all my personalities are there with me. So I should have access to the carpool lane at all times. I don’t get what’s so hard to understand about this.” -man/woman/furry from Nevada on carpool lane laws

The police have a different story. They claim they pulled over the man because he was cooking a full continental-style breakfast on the dash of his car.

“The man started getting really defensive and wouldn’t stop talking about carpool lanes. We couldn’t get a word in edgewise. It was like talking to 5 different people at the same time.” – Nevada Police Officer

But the question has not yet been answered: if you suffer from multiple personality disorder, should you be able to drive in the carpool lane at all times?

Yes. Yes you can. If you ever get pulled over for driving in the carpool lane, just simply use this defense to get out of a ticket. You’re welcome.
